Jared A. Roberts practices in the areas of commercial litigation, real estate litigation, broker and real estate agent liability defense, intellectual property (trademark and copyright registration and litigation, trade secrets and unfair competition litigation) and entertainment and arts representation. Mr. Roberts has published in the area of First Amendment law and is an adjunct law professor at Michigan State University’s College of Law, teaching legal research and writing.
Jared Roberts’ practice includes:
- Commercial and business litigation and dispute resolution in state and federal courts, including appeals.
- Real estate litigation and dispute resolution for property owners, including real estate broker and agent liability defense and commission disputes.
- Intellectual property representation, including trademark and copyright registration and dispute resolution for businesses and entertainers, including advice on branding matters.
- Business organization and start up advice, including business start up for entertainers.
Mr. Roberts received a B.A., summa cum laude, from Saginaw Valley State University in Political Science, with a Music minor, and his juris doctor magna cum laude in 1999 from Michigan State University’s College of Law. In law school he served on Law Review and the Moot Court Board and interned with the United States Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit.
